- If the booking is cancelled more than 15 days in advance of the arrival date, then 10% amount of total reservation cost will be charged as processing charges.
- If the booking is cancelled/modified more than 3 days but less than 15 days ahead of the arrival date, then 1 Night's cost will be charged for every room booked in the initial reservation.
- If the booking is cancelled/modified less than 3 days ahead of the arrival date, then full amount of the reservation will be charged & there will be no refund.
- In case of over booking or unavailability due to any reason, the hotel reserves the right to arrange alternate accommodation for guests.
